Bulgaria's Mobiltel to sell €200 million five-year notes via ABN Amro, Citigroup, ING

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Nov. 2 - Mobiltel Finance BV, a subsidiary of Mobiltel AD Bulgaria, the country's largest mobile telephone operator, is expected to sell €200 million of five-year fixed-rate senior notes (BB+) during the early part of November, according to a market source.

ABN Amro, Citigroup and ING have the books for the Regulation S-only offering.

The notes will come with a make-whole call at Bunds plus 50 basis points for the first three years and will then become callable at a premium. The notes will also contain an equity clawback.

The notes will be guaranteed by Mobiltel AD Bulgaria and will rank pari passu with the company's outstanding bank debt.
