Public Educational Building Authority of Mobile, Ala., to sell $94.31 million school bonds

New York, Aug. 20 - The Public Educational Building Authority of the City of Mobile in Alabama plans to sell $94.31 million in series 2009A limited obligation school bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/AAA/A1+/) will be sold through lead manager Gardnyr Michael Capital Inc.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2033.

Proceeds will be used to retire series 2003 school warrants, as well as to pay for a swap termination agreement.
