New Issue: Russia’s Norilsk Nickel prices $1 billion 6 5/8% notes due 2022

Atlanta, Oct. 6 – Russia’s OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, via MMC Finance Ltd., priced $1 billion seven-year notes (Ba1/BBB-/BBB-) with a coupon of 6 5/8% on Tuesday, a market source said.

The notes were talked in the 7% area.

Barclays, Citigroup, ING, Societe Generale CIB and UniCredit were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Other details were not immediately available on Tuesday.

The nickel and palladium producer is based in Moscow.
