Russia's Norilsk Nickel talks five-year dollar notes at 4 3/8% area

Atlanta, April 25 - Russia's OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel set price talk in the 4 3/8% area for a dollar-denominated offering of five-year notes (Baa2/BBB-/BB+), a market source said.

Barclays, Citigroup and Societe Generale are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The company is based in Moscow.
