New Issue: JPMorgan sells $518,000 review notes tied to four stocks

Chicago, Nov. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $518,000 of 0% review notes due March 5, 2026 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Applied Materials, Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc., Target Corp. and Tapestry, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 38.8% if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date after one year.

If the notes are not called, investors will receive par if all four stocks close above their 50% barrier levels.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing stock.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
