Missouri Joint Muni Electric readies $222.16 million revenue bond sale

New York, Feb. 5 – The Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission is set to price $222,155,000 of series 2016A power project revenue refunding bonds for the Prairie State project during the week of Feb. 8, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A2//A) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as the senior manager. The co-managers are BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the commission’s series 2007A revenue bonds.
