Missouri Joint Municipal Electric to sell revenue refunding bonds

New York, Feb. 3 – The Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission announced plans Wednesday to offer series 2016A power project revenue refunding bonds.

No preliminary official statement has been released on the offering yet, but the commission has the green light to distribute one.

Proceeds from the deal will be used to refund the commission’s series 2007A revenue bonds, which are due Jan. 1, 2037 and Jan. 1, 2042.
