New Issue: Missouri Health offers up $126.49 million of CoxHealth revenue bonds

New York, April 14 – The Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority sold $126,485,000 of series 2015A health facilities revenue bonds for CoxHealth, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A2//A) were sold through Jefferies & Co.

The bonds are due 2022 to 2035 with a term bond due in 2039. The serial coupons range from 3.5% to 5% with 2.43% to 3.7% yields. The 2039 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99 to yield 4.065% and a 5% coupon priced at 112.303 to yield 3.59%.

Proceeds will be used to refund CoxHealth’s series 2008A revenue bonds.
