Missouri Health and Educational Facilities calls $53.84 million bonds

Chicago, Aug. 25 - The Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri and St. Lukes Episcopal-Presbyterian Hospitals plan to defease $53,835,000 of notes issued in seven series.

The notes will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date of Sept. 23.

Covered by the redemption are the following note series:

• $3.25 million of 4.5% notes due Dec. 1, 2011;

• $3,395,000 of 5.5% notes due Dec. 1, 2012;

• $3.58 million of 5.5% notes due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $3.78 million of 5.5% notes due Dec. 1, 2014;

• $3,985,000 of 5.5% notes due Dec. 1, 2015;

• $4,205,000 of 5.5% notes due Dec. 1, 2016; and

• $31.64 million of 5.25% notes due Dec. 1, 2026.
