S&P rates BJC Health, Mo., bonds AA/A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA/A-1+ rating to Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority's $244 million of series 2008A to C revenue refunding variable-rate demand bonds issued for BJC Health System.

At the same time, S&P said it assigned the AA/A-1+ rating to the system's $125 million of series 2008D and E variable-rate demand bonds.

S&P also said it affirmed the AA standard long-term rating and underlying rating on other bonds issued for BJC.

The outlook is stable.
