New Issue: State Environmental Improvement, Mo., prices $106.83 million bonds

New York, Nov. 23 - The State Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority of Missouri priced $106.83 million of series 2011A water pollution control and drinking water revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through Bank of America Merrill Lynch with George K. Baum & Co., Wells Fargo Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co., Rice Financial Products Co. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2025 with 2% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt.
