New York, July 22 - The Mississippi Hospital Equipment and Facilities Authority plans to sell $75 million in series 2010-1 revenue bonds for the North Mississippi Health Services, according to a preliminary official statement.

Pricing is expected Aug. 4.

The authority plans to use the proceeds to expand and renovate the medical center's West Bed Tower, to construct a new five-story bed tower next to the West Bed Tower, to replace an existing electronic medical records system and to construct a central sterile processing facility.
