Cyprus' Mirland Development files amendment to shelf to issue bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., July 30 - Mirland Development Corp. plc said it has filed an amendment to its shelf prospectus in order to offer a new series of bonds.

The Cyprus-based real estate developer primarily functions in Russia but also has subsidiaries in Israel and Hungary.
