Cyprus' Mirland Development announces possible bond issue in Israel

New York, Oct. 15 - Mirland Development Corp. filed a draft prospectus in Israel ahead of a possible bond offering, according to a press release.

Mirland will provide further details as they become available.

The Cyrprus-based real estate developer primarily functions in Russia, but also has subsidiaries in Israel and Hungary.
