Mirabela Nickel enters deed of company arrangement after creditor vote

Pittsburgh, May 13 - Mirabela Nickel Ltd.'s creditors voted for the company to enter a deed of company arrangement at a meeting held on Tuesday, according to a news release.

The company said the creditors of Mirabela Investments Pty Ltd. also entered into a deed of company arrangement.

The Mirabela entities executed the deeds of company arrangement on Tuesday, and Martin Madden, Clifford Rocke and David Winterbottom were appointed as deed administrators.

Mirabela is a nickel producer located in Perth, Western Australia.
