Mirabela Nickel 8¾% senior noteholders form committee, hire law firm

Pittsburgh, Oct. 25 - An informal committee of holders of Mirabela Nickel Ltd.'s 8¾% senior notes due 2018 has been formed, according to a news release.

The committee hired legal firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP to provide restructuring and other legal advice.

Mirabela is a nickel producer located in Perth, Western Australia.
