New Issue: Thailand’s Minor issues 2 billion baht seven-, 15-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 6 – Minor International PCL issued 2 billion baht of debentures in two tranches of 1 billion baht each on Sept. 27, according to a notice.

The seven-year tranche 1 debentures have a fixed coupon of 2.91%, and the 15-year tranche 2 debentures have a fixed coupon of 3.93%. Both tranches were priced at par.

Minor is a hospitality company based in Bangkok.
