Thailand’s Minor International plans new notes offering

Chicago, July 9 – Minor International PCL plans to sell new notes, partially in conjunction with a tender offer for any and all of its $300 million outstanding guaranteed perpetual securities, according to an announcement.

The company is planning to sell the securities to optimize its balance sheet structure.

Based in Bangkok, Minor is a multinational corporation that focuses on hospitality, restaurants and lifestyle distribution.
