New Issue: Minor International sells $300 million 3.1% senior perpetuals

Los Angeles, June 29 – Thailand’s Minor International PCL issued $300 million of 3.1% guaranteed senior perpetual capital securities on Monday, according to a notice.

The securities are guaranteed by Bangkok Bank PCL.

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Singapore Branch, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.

Minor International is a hospitality company based in Bangkok.
