Moody’s: Minor International securities Baa2

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa2 backed senior unsecured rating to the proposed perpetual securities to be issued by Minor International PCL and guaranteed by Bangkok Bank PCL.

In the event of bankruptcy from the issue date to 30 days before the first call date, or if Minor decides not to redeem them on the first call date, the bank is required to buy the securities.
