Mineral Park sees $232,511 May operating loss; revenue drops to zero

New York, July 15 – Mineral Park, Inc. posted an operating loss of $232,511 for May on zero revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

For April, the company reported an operating income of $714,838 on revenue of $1.88 million.

Mineral Park’s net loss was also $232,511 in May compared to net income of $714,838 in April.

The company had $14.53 million in cash and equivalents as of May 31, down slightly from $14.77 million as of April 30.

Mineral Park is a subsidiary of Vancouver, B.C.-based copper mining company Mercator Minerals Ltd. The company filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 25, 2014 under Chapter 11 case number 14-11996.
