Mind Solutions negotiates $220,000 private placement of convertibles

Convertible promissory notes sold to investor Iconic Holdings in deal

Knoxville, Tenn., July 31 – Mind Solutions Inc. arranged a $220,000 private placement of 10% convertible promissory notes with Iconic Holdings, LLC on Feb. 18, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal has sold $27,500 of notes, which had an original issue discount of $2,500 for a total raise of $25,000.

The note converts to common stock.

The San Diego company has created a wireless headset that detects and processes real-time brain activity patterns.
