Chicago, July 29 – Apple Inc. is in the market with a four-part offering of notes due in 2028, 2031, 2051 and 2061, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

All of the notes will have make-whole calls. The call converts to a par call two months before the maturity date of the 2028 notes, three months before the 2031 notes mature and six months before each of the 2051 notes and the 2061 notes mature.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised the issuer.

The notes will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, payment of dividends, capital expenditures, repurchases of common stock, repayment of debt and acquisitions.

Based in Cupertino, Calif., Apple designs, manufactures and markets mobile communication and media devices and personal computers.
