Apple plans to sell fixed-rate notes due 2025, 2030, 2050, 2060

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 13 – Apple Inc. intends to offer dollar-denominated notes in four fixed-rate tranches due in 2025, 2030, 2050 and 2060, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature make-whole calls and then par calls.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including stock repurchases and dividend payments, working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions and debt repayment.

The computer, mobile communication and media devices company is based in Cupertino, Calif.
