Apple plans fixed-rate notes in tranches due 2023, 2025, 2030, 2050

Knoxville, Tenn., May 4 – Apple Inc. intends to offer dollar-denominated notes in four fixed-rate tranches due in 2023, 2025, 2030 and 2050, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The 2023 notes have a make-whole call. The remaining portions will have make-whole calls and par calls.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including stock repurchases and dividend payments, working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions and debt repayment.

The computer, mobile communication and media devices company is based in Cupertino, Calif.
