Mill City Ventures III wraps $1.32 million private placement of stock

Company sells 1,315,000 common shares at $1.00 per share in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., March 26 - Mill City Ventures III, Ltd. completed a $1.32 million private placement of stock on March 20, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 1,315,000 common shares at $1.00 per share, which is a 55.56% discount to the March 19 closing share price of $2.25.

The Wayzata, Minn., company offers a new form of poker-based table game to casinos and online gaming facilities.
