MidCap Financial plans to repay revolver via new senior notes

Los Angeles, June 28 – MidCap Financial subsidiary MidCap Financial Issuer Trust plans to repay a portion of its existing revolving debt using proceeds from an offering of new senior notes due 2030, according to a news release.

MidCap Financial is a specialty finance firm based in Bethesda, Md.
