Midas shareholder drops stake to 19.04%

Charlotte, N.C., March 16 - Midas, Inc. investors led by Gabelli Funds, LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 15,100 shares of the company's stock, reducing their ownership interest to 19.04%, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors sold Midas shares between Jan. 30 and March 13 for $6.1293 to $9.9926 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the SEC.

Gabelli, Gamco and their affiliates beneficially own 2,667,800 shares of the Itasca, Ill.-based retail automotive services company.
