Microvision enters $4.5 million at-the-market distribution agreement

Sales to be conducted by agent Brinson Patrick

Knoxville, Tenn., June 17 – Microvision Inc. negotiated a $4.5 million at-the-market sales agreement with Brinson Patrick on June 16, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The agent will be paid a 3% commission.

Based in Bothell, Wash., Microvision develops high-resolution displays and imaging systems used in military, medical, industrial and consumer applications.
