Michigan Department of Transportation to sell $300 million notes

New York, June 11 - Michigan Department of Transportation will offer $300 million in series 2009 grant anticipation notes, according to a calendar of upcoming bond offerings.

Merrill Lynch & Co. will act as underwriter for the negotiated deal.

The bonds are scheduled to price during the week of June 15.

The Michigan Department of Transportation is located in Lansing, Mich.
