Miami-Dade School, Fla., plans $305 million of tax anticipation notes

New York, July 6 – The Miami-Dade County School District of Florida is scheduled to price $305 million of series 2015 tax anticipation notes on July 14, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (MIG 1) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The notes are due Feb. 25, 2016.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures ahead of the collection of ad valorem taxes.
