New Issue: Miami-Dade County School, Fla., sells $310 million short-term notes

New York, July 22 – The Miami-Dade County School District of Florida priced $310 million of series 2014 tax anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes are due Feb. 24, 2015 and have a 1% coupon priced at 100.526.

The notes were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately respond for queries about the winning bidder.

Proceeds will be used to finance cash flow needs for the district for the 2015 fiscal year.
