New Issue: Miami-Dade County School, Fla., sells $190.01 million G.O. school bonds

New York, July 10 - The Miami-Dade County School District of Florida sold $190,005,000 of series 2013 general obligation school bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/A+/) were sold competitively.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2039 with a term bond due in 2043. The serial coupons range from 4% to 5% with 0.62% to 4.64% yields. The 2043 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 102.22 to yield 4.71%.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements within the district.
