New Issue: Citigroup winner of Miami-Dade County School District, Fla., TANs sale

New York, Sept. 23 - The School District of Miami-Dade County in Florida sold $150 million in series 2009 tax anticipation notes Tuesday to Citigroup Global Markets Inc., said Richard Hinds, the district's chief financial officer Wednesday.

The notes priced competitively with a 3.7% true interest cost, Hinds said.

The 2010 notes have a 1% coupon to yield 0.38%.

Proceeds will be used to fund capital expenditures ahead of the collection of taxes.
