Miami-Dade County School, Fla., prepares $317.29 million COP offering

New York, Dec. 15 – The Miami-Dade County School Board of Florida is expected to price $317,285,000 of series 2015A certificates of participation, according to a preliminary official statement.

The certificates (A1/A/) will be sold through senior manager BofA Merrill Lynch with Barclays, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Ramirez & Co. Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC.

The COPs are due 2018 to 2032.

Proceeds will be used to refund the board’s series 2007A-B certificates of participation.
