Miami-Dade County School Board prepares $81 million of certificates

New York, Jan. 21 - The Miami-Dade County School Board is slated to price $81 million of series 2014A certificates of participation on Jan. 28, according to a preliminary official statement.

The COPs (A1/A/) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The certificates are due May 1, 2031.

Proceeds will be used to current refund the school board's series 2001 certificates of participation.
