Miami-Dade County, Fla., schools to convert $75 million of series 2002 COPs

New York, March 26 - The School Board of Miami-Dade County in Florida intends to convert $75 million in its series 2002A certificates of participation (COPs), a notice of conversion said Wednesday.

The conversion will take place on April 15.

The certificates will be converted to a fixed-rate mode from an auction-rate mode, the notice said.
