New Issue: Miami University, Ohio, sells $135.04 million general receipts bonds

New York, May 6 - The Miami University of Ohio sold $135,035,000 of series 2014 general receipts revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (//AA) were sold through senior manager Barclays.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2034 with term bonds due in 2036 and 2039. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2036 bonds have a 4% coupon and the 2039 bonds have a 4% coupon, both priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to fund infrastructure improvements and residence hall and dining facility renovations.
