New York, May 23 - Mexico's Ministry of Finance announced the results of this week's government securities auction.
The 28-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.01%. Bids ranged from 6.96% to 7.04%. Of the Ps. 20.031 billion bids tendered, Ps. 4.5 billion bids were accepted. Last week's yield on the 28-day bills was 7.01%.
The 91-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.14%. Bids ranged from 7.08% to 7.16%. Of the Ps. 16.036 billion bids tendered, Ps. 6 billion bids were accepted. Last week's yield on the 91-day bills was 7.12%.
The 182-day Cetes bills were priced at 7.33%. Bids ranged from 7.30% to 7.36%. Of the Ps. 11.280 billion bids tendered, Ps. 5.4 billion bids were accepted. The previous yield on the 182-day bills was 7.27%.
Meanwhile the 8% bonos 10A due 2015 were priced at 94.778596 to yield 8.81%. Of the Ps. 8.375 billion bids tendered, Ps. 3.1 billion bids were accepted. The minimum and maximum bids were 99.77596. The previous issue priced at 96.25 to yield 8.57%.
The 4.50% UDI bonos 20A due 2025 were priced at 97.19 to yield 4.72%. Of the UDI 1.178 billion bids tendered, UDI 300 million bids were accepted. The minimum and maximum bids were 97.19. The previous issue priced at 98.062 to yield 4.65%.
And the 4.50% UDI bonos 30A due 2035 were priced at 96.17896 to yield 4.74%. Of the UDI 967 million bids tendered, UDI 300 million bids were accepted. The minimum and maximum bids were 99.17896. The previous issue priced at 97.10793 to yield 4.68%.
