New York, March 28 - Mexico's Ministry of Finance announced the results of this week's government securities auction.
The 28-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.27%. Bids ranged from 7.20% to 7.80%. Of the Ps. 15.696 billion bids tendered, Ps. 4.5 billion bids were accepted. The previous yield on the 28-day bills was 7.31%.
The 91-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.39%. Bids ranged from 7.35% to 7.62%. Of the Ps. 20.402 billion bids tendered, Ps. 6 billion bids were accepted. Last week's yield on the 91-day bills was 7.35%.
The 182-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.54%. Bids ranged from 7.50% to 8.00%. Of the Ps. 16.265 billion bids tendered, Ps. 5.4 billion bids were accepted. The previous yield on the 182-day bills was 7.42%.
Meanwhile the 8% bonos 10A due 2015 were priced at 95.72609 to yield 8.65%. Of the Ps. 9.910 billion bids tendered, Ps. 3.1 billion bids were accepted. The minimum bid was 88 and the maximum 96.30026. The previous issue priced at 101.073 to yield 7.84%.
The 4.5% UDI bonos 20A due 2025 priced at 101.44661 to yield 4.39%. The minimum bid was 74 and the maximum was 102.66. Of Ps. 1.0645 billion bids tendered, Ps. 200 million was accepted. The previous issue priced at 106.84381 to yield 4%.
The 4.5% UDI bonos 30A due 2035 priced at 100.48742 to yield 4.47%. The minimum bid was 69 and the maximum was 102.15825. Of Ps. 737.40 million bids tendered, Ps. 200 million was accepted. The previous issue priced at 107.24540 to yield 4.08%.
