DBRS downgrades Mexico

DBRS said it downgraded Mexico’s long-term local currency issuer rating to BBB (high) from A (low).

The trend is stable.

The agency said the action reflects the application of its updated methodology and does not reflect a change in its view of Mexico’s underlying credit fundamentals.
