Mexico planning sale of 10-year MTNs via three bookrunners

New York, Jan. 13 – United Mexican States is planning to price an issue of global medium-term notes, series A, due January 2026, according to 424B2 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be issued under the sovereign’s $110 billion global MTN program, and the sovereign may offer up to $2,690,410,547 in the United States.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the managers.

Mexico intends to use the proceeds of the sale for general purposes, including the refinancing, repurchase or retirement of domestic and external debt.
