Mexico launches offering of euro-denominated notes due 2033, 2051

Los Angeles, Jan. 14 – Mexico said it has begun a global offering of euro-denominated global notes due October 2033 and October 2051.

The new notes offered may include notes to be issued and sold to holders participating in a concurrent tender offer.

Banco Santander, SA, Barclays Bank plc, BNP Paribas and Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. will act as joint lead underwriters for the registered offering.

Application will be made for the new notes to be admitted to listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
