Metropolitan Wastewater, Ore., to sell $50.73 million bonds Nov. 13

New York, Nov. 3 - The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission in Lake County, Ore., is expected to price $50.73 million in series 2008 wastewater revenue bonds on Nov. 13, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Banc of America Securities LLC as the senior manager.

The serial bonds are due 2009 to 2023 with a term bond due 2028.

Proceeds from the deal will be used for improvements to the commission's regional sewerage facilities and for the payment of a reserve requirement.
