Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn., defeases G.O. refunding bonds

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 19 – The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn., defeased its series 2007A general obligation refunding bonds and series 2010A G.O. improvement and refunding bonds, according to two notices.

The following 2007A bonds will be redeemed on May 15, 2017:

• $12,365,000 of 5% bonds due May 15, 2019;

• $12.97 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2020;

• $12.13 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2021;

• $12.73 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2022;

• $13.34 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2023;

• $6.72 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2026;

• $7.04 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2027;

• $7.38 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2028; and

• $8,675,000 of 4.5% bonds due May 15, 2030.

The following 2010A bonds will be redeemed on July 1, 2020:

• $11.02 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $2,765,000 of 4% bonds due July 1, 2022;

• $8,805,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2022;

• $8,595,000 of 4% bonds due July 1, 2023;

• $3.51 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2023;

• $12,685,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2024;

• $10,555,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2025; and

• $4.28 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2026.
