New Issue: Hartford Metropolitan District, Conn., prices $66.74 million of bonds

New York, March 16 – The Metropolitan District of Hartford County, Conn., sold $66.74 million of issue of 2015 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa1/AA+/) were sold competitively with Wells Fargo Bank, NA winning the bid.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2035 with 3% to 5% coupons and 0.18% to 3.459% yields.

Proceeds will be used to permanently finance the district’s bond anticipation notes due March 23, 2015.
