MetLife calls all £350 million 5.375% notes due 2024

Los Angeles, March 12 – MetLife, Inc. announced it will redeem all of its outstanding 5.375% senior notes due Dec. 9, 2024 (ISIN: XS0207636712).

The full £350 million outstanding principal amount will be redeemed on April 11, according to a press release.

The redemption price will be determined based on the yield on the 5% U.K. Gilt due March 7, 2025 plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the London paying agent.

MetLife is a New York-based financial services company, providing insurance, annuities, employee benefits and asset management.
