MetLife to redeem £350 million 5.375% senior notes on April 11

Lexington, Ky., March 12 – MetLife, Inc. will redeem all £350 million outstanding of its 5.375% senior notes due Dec. 9, 2024, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The debentures will be redeemed on April 11 at a redemption price equal to the yield on the 5% U.K. Treasury due March 7, 2025.

The insurance and employee benefits company is based in New York City.
