Moody's rates Metkombank B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Metkombank ratings, including B3 long-term and not-prime short-term foreign- and local-currency deposit ratings and an E+ bank financial strength rating, along with a Baa2.ru national scale rating.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the bank's global default and loss expectation, Moody's said, along with the standing of its credit quality relative to its domestic peers.

The ratings are constrained by the bank's small size, large concentrations on both sides of the balance sheet and its modest financial performance, the agency said.
