Moody's cuts Metinvest CFR, PDR

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the corporate family and probability of default ratings of Metinvest BV to B3 from B2.

Concurrently, Moody's downgraded the ratings on the company's senior unsecured debt to from B2.

The outlook was changed to negative from stable.

Moody's said the rating action follows its decision to lower Ukraine's foreign-currency bond country ceiling to B3 from B1.
